ViewLux Construction in North Las Vegas, NV
We provide independent ViewLux specialists construction service across North Las Vegas, handling cabinet installation, refacing, bathroom vanities, and full kitchen remodels. What sets our ViewLux work apart here is straightforward: we’ve watched how this brand’s cabinetry behaves in tract homes built during the 2000s boom, where desert heat and dry air push thermofoil and particleboard past their limits. Nolan Briggs and our Stonehall Construction crew work these neighborhoods daily, so we know what fails and what actually holds up. Call (833) 772-4634 for a free estimate on any ViewLux project in North Las Vegas.
Why North Las Vegas Residents Choose Us for ViewLux Service
ViewLux cabinetry is common in North Las Vegas kitchens and baths, especially in the newer subdivisions that went up fast between 2000 and 2010. That means we’re not learning the product line on your dime. We’ve installed and refaced enough ViewLux Shaker panels and raised-panel vanities to know the box construction, the hinge geometry, and where the finish tends to let go first. Nolan grew up near the Carey Avenue corridor and has spent two decades working construction across this valley, so when a homeowner in Aliante or Eldorado calls about bubbling cabinet doors, he already knows what the south-facing wall and the garage heat load did to them. We use ViewLux OEM hinges and glides where they make sense, and we upgrade to heavier-duty aftermarket hardware when a drawer gets loaded daily. One contractor, every trade. That’s how we handle ViewLux service in Nellis Air Force Base and throughout North Las Vegas.

Common ViewLux Construction Problems We Solve in North Las Vegas
- Thermofoil and laminate door skin bubbling on bath vanities. Steam from showers and hard water hitting cabinet faces causes the laminate to lift and peel, especially in smaller North Las Vegas bathrooms with poor ventilation. We reface or replace the affected doors and can upgrade to a finish that tolerates moisture better.
- Soft-close hinges and drawer glides drooping or failing early. ViewLux soft-close hardware struggles when interior humidity swings hard and doors get left open in dry desert air. The grease dries out, the mechanism binds, and drawers start sagging. We swap in OEM replacements or heavier-duty aftermarket glides depending on how you use the kitchen.
- Shaker door frames and panel joints showing hairline cracks. Cabinets sitting against a hot exterior garage wall or a south-facing wall with no thermal break expand and contract all summer. The joints in ViewLux Shaker doors crack first. We repair or replace those doors and can add proper fastening to reduce the movement.
- Particleboard-backed cabinet bottoms sagging under quartz or granite. When installers skip shimming and don’t fasten boxes to studs, heavy stone countertops bow the cabinet tops and bottoms. We see this constantly in North Las Vegas kitchens where builder-grade installs were rushed. We re-shim, re-fasten, and rebuild where the box has already damaged.
- Full cabinet runs failing together in 2000s tract homes. Many ViewLux kitchens in North Las Vegas hit the 15-to-20-year mark around the same time. That means thermofoil peeling, hinge failure, and sagging boxes arrive together. We assess whether targeted refacing saves the layout or whether a full replacement makes more financial sense.
ViewLux Service in North Las Vegas: What Local Conditions Mean for Your Project
North Las Vegas has a large share of newer tract homes built in the 2000s boom, so many ViewLux kitchens and vanities here are hitting the age where first-generation thermofoil and particleboard boxes fail at the same time. The extreme summer heat that builds up in garages and on south-facing walls accelerates that failure in a way cooler, older housing stock in neighboring areas does not. A ViewLux cabinet on a south-facing wall in a 2005-era home near the 215 and Decatur can see interior temperatures well above 110 degrees for weeks at a stretch, and that heat breaks down the adhesive behind thermofoil door skins and dries out soft-close mechanisms. It’s not a defect in the cabinet so much as a mismatch between the material spec and the local climate. Homeowners in Sunrise Manor or older Las Vegas neighborhoods don’t face this the same way because their homes weren’t built in the same years or with the same materials. We’ve seen it before. Here’s how we fix it.
ViewLux Models & Products We Service in North Las Vegas
We service the ViewLux Shaker-style kitchen cabinet line, the raised-panel bath vanity cabinets, the plywood-box base cabinet series, and the soft-close drawer and door hardware sets that shipped with them. Parts matter on this brand. We use ViewLux OEM hinges, glides, and touch-up finishes where they exist so the cabinet line stays consistent, and we upgrade to heavier-duty aftermarket glides when a homeowner loads drawers daily. If a box, door, or vanity carcass is failing from water or heat damage, we tell customers honestly when a targeted refacing beats a full replacement and when it doesn’t. For full-scope ViewLux sales & service, our team coordinates everything under one contract.

FAQs – ViewLux Construction in North Las Vegas
Yes. We carry ViewLux Shaker and raised-panel cabinet lines and can match existing door styles and finishes when you’re extending a run or replacing a single vanity. If the original thermofoil finish has faded from heat on a South Las Vegas wall, we’ll match the new pieces to the current color rather than the factory sample. Call (833) 772-4634 and we’ll confirm the match during the free estimate.
No. Stonehall Construction is an independent General Contractor in North Las Vegas, not a manufacturer-affiliated or authorized ViewLux dealer. That’s deliberate. We recommend ViewLux where it holds up and steer you elsewhere when it won’t, because our job is the outcome, not the brand.
We use ViewLux OEM hinges, glides, and touch-up finishes where they exist so the cabinet line stays consistent. When a homeowner loads drawers daily and the original soft-close glides can’t keep up, we upgrade to heavier-duty aftermarket hardware. We’ll show you the difference and let you decide.
Most cabinet refacing jobs in North Las Vegas run three to five working days. Full kitchen remodels with countertops, backsplash, and new cabinet runs typically take three to six weeks depending on scope and material lead times. We give you a schedule in writing before work starts.
Cabinet repair work starts around $400 for minor hinge and glide replacement and runs up to $13,000 for full cabinet installation with new boxes. The price depends on how many doors need refacing, whether the boxes are still structurally sound, and what countertop load they’re carrying. Call (833) 772-4634 for a written line-item quote. Estimates are free.
