ViewLux Construction in Las Vegas, NV
ViewLux construction service in Las Vegas means something different than in most markets. We’re an independent ViewLux service provider, not a manufacturer affiliate, and we handle cabinetry, countertops, and shower systems across the valley - including ViewLux in Spring Valley - with one eye on the product and the other on the desert. The thing that sets our work apart here? We know exactly what Las Vegas sunlight and hard water do to ViewLux finishes and seals, and we build around that reality from day one. Call (833) 772-4634 to schedule a free estimate, or keep reading to see how we’ve solved these problems in Las Vegas homes for years.
Why Las Vegas Residents Choose Us for ViewLux Service
Nolan Briggs, our owner and general contractor, grew up near the Carey Avenue corridor in North Las Vegas and learned the trades at College of Southern Nevada. He’s spent nearly two decades on framing crews and managing projects across the valley, and he founded Stonehall Construction with one rule: fix it correctly the first time or don’t do it at all. That matters when you’re dealing with ViewLux cabinetry and shower systems in Las Vegas, because this climate punishes shortcuts. We’ve seen it before. Here’s how we fix it.
Homeowners working with us get direct access to ViewLux expertise without waiting on a manufacturer rep. If you’re in Las Vegas and your ViewLux kitchen or shower isn’t holding up, we’re the team that tells you honestly whether to repair or replace, then does the work under one contract.

Common ViewLux Construction Problems We Solve in Las Vegas
- Sun-faded and peeling cabinet finishes. Las Vegas gets more than 290 sunny days a year, and ViewLux Shaker Series doors facing west or south windows take the worst of it. The factory finish lifts and fades faster here than almost anywhere in the country. We re-laminate or replace affected doors with UV-resistant materials and OEM hinges so the fix lasts longer than the original.
- Hairline cracks in ViewLux quartz countertops. Direct sun through a kitchen window can heat a section of quartz fast enough to cause thermal shock. We’ve pulled cracked slabs out of kitchens in Las Vegas where the afternoon sun hits the same spot every day. Our countertop installs account for window orientation and use flexible setting materials to absorb movement.
- Degraded shower seals from hard water and temperature swings. Las Vegas water is among the hardest in the country, and ViewLux frameless glass shower enclosures take the brunt. Seals stiffen, discolor, and leak within a few years. We source OEM ViewLux seals, and we can set you up with a water softening plan so the next set actually survives.
- Dust-seized cabinet hinges and drawer slides. Desert dust is fine enough to work into mechanical parts. Hinges grind, slides stick, and eventually the drawer pulls off its track. We upgrade to sealed bearing slides and clean the mechanisms properly instead of spraying lubricant and hoping.
- Warped cabinet frames from low humidity. Las Vegas averages around 11% humidity. Hardwood cabinets shrink and stress their joints. ViewLux Euro Series frames fare better than some, but after enough summers, doors can bind or bow. We inspect the whole run, not just the one door you noticed.
ViewLux Service in Las Vegas: What Local Conditions Mean for Your Project
Las Vegas building codes require shatter-resistant glass for shower enclosures and specific UV-resistant materials for cabinetry in any permitted remodel. That’s not a recommendation, it’s the law. When we install ViewLux frameless glass showers in Las Vegas, the glass is tempered and code-compliant from the start. The cabinetry part is where we see people get burned: a homeowner buys standard ViewLux cabinets from an online retailer, installs them in a south-facing kitchen, and within two summers the doors look ten years old. Our team specs UV-stable finishes and corrects the mounting. If your project is in the 89102 or 89101 ZIP codes and the home has floor-to-ceiling windows, we plan for that sun exposure before the first cabinet is ordered. That pre-planning is what keeps a ViewLux kitchen in Las Vegas looking right after five summers.
ViewLux Models & Products We Service in Las Vegas
We work on the full ViewLux residential range: Shaker Series, Euro Series, Quartz Countertops, and Frameless Glass Showers. For critical components, hinges and drawer slides and glass seals, we use OEM ViewLux parts so the fit and finish stay correct. For non-structural items, we’ll offer aftermarket options when they meet or exceed OEM durability, and we’ll tell you which is which before we order. That’s the difference between a parts-swapper and a contractor who stands behind the work. Equipment in Las Vegas homes breaks differently than in, say, Seattle or Chicago, and our repair approach reflects that.

FAQs – ViewLux Construction in Las Vegas
In many cases we can repair sun-damaged ViewLux cabinets in Las Vegas by replacing the affected doors, drawer fronts, and end panels with UV-resistant materials. That’s the approach we took on a kitchen remodel in 89104, not far from Paradise ViewLux service areas, where the Shaker cabinets had peeling, warped finishes from years of direct desert sun. Full replacement only makes sense when the cabinet boxes themselves have compromised structure. We’ll always assess the whole run before recommending one or the other, and the quote shows exactly what you’re paying for. Call (833) 772-4634 to schedule an assessment.
Yes, Las Vegas building codes require shatter-resistant, tempered glass for walk-in shower enclosures, including ViewLux frameless systems. When we install a ViewLux walk-in shower in Las Vegas, the glass is code-compliant from day one and every installation gets permitted and inspected. This isn’t a place to save money with non-tempered glass. Call (833) 772-4634 for a quote that includes proper code-compliant glass.
Las Vegas hard water leaves mineral scale that accelerates seal degradation on ViewLux shower enclosures. Seals become brittle, discolor, and eventually leak. We recommend a water softener or a whole-house filtration system alongside any ViewLux shower install in Las Vegas, and we use OEM seals when replacement is needed. Call (833) 772-4634 and we’ll explain the options for your specific water conditions.
A ViewLux walk-in shower installation in Las Vegas typically runs $4,500 to $12,000. The swing depends on the shower footprint, the condition of your existing plumbing, and whether we’re addressing hard water and glass code requirements at the same time. We provide a written line-item quote before work starts, and the price on that quote is the price we honor. Call (833) 772-4634 for your exact estimate.
ViewLux cabinets can handle Las Vegas heat if they’re installed with the right precautions. We recommend UV-stable finishes, proper spacing for expansion, and attention to window orientation when we plan the cabinet run. Cabinets installed facing west or south without those precautions will warp and fade faster than any warranty will cover. Our installs in Las Vegas are spec’d for the climate, not the showroom. Call (833) 772-4634 to discuss your kitchen layout.
