Why Paradise Residents Choose Us for Cover Service

Nolan Briggs grew up near the Carey Avenue corridor in North Las Vegas and learned construction through the building trades program at College of Southern Nevada. He founded Stonehall Construction after nearly two decades working from framing crews to project management, and he’s built the company around a simple principle: one contractor accountable for the whole job. When a Cover vanity fails or cabinet doors start rubbing in a Paradise Home Remodeling rental, we handle the repair, the surrounding finish work, and the coordination so you don’t have to chase three different subs.

We know Cover’s frameless European-style cabinetry, shaker-door lines, bath vanities, and quartz surfaces the way a mechanic knows an engine. We diagnose the actual problem before touching a hinge. If a cabinet box is structurally sound, we reface. If it’s not, we tell you straight. We source genuine Cover sales & service-compatible parts when a match matters, and we use aftermarket hinges and slides where they outperform the original at a better price. From the foundation to the roofline, from the curb to the kitchen, Stonehall manages it under one contract.

Common Cover Construction Problems We Solve in Paradise

• Humidity-swollen cabinet boxes and door rub. Poorly ventilated Paradise kitchens absorb humidity swings, especially in older tract homes built before modern range hoods were standard. Cover cabinet frames swell, doors start rubbing, drawers misalign. We reset hardware, plane doors where possible, and add ventilation where it’s missing.
• Cracked and chipped shaker door finishes. The dry desert air outside and constant cooling cycles inside put real stress on painted door joints. Cover shaker and painted finishes crack along frame joints where the indoor climate swings hardest. We repair or replace affected doors and match finish as closely as the material allows.
• Water-degraded vanity bottoms and toe-kicks. Bathroom vanities in Paradise take a beating from slow leaks and standing moisture that hide behind fascia panels. Toe-kicks rot, cabinet bottoms sag. We pull the vanity, replace what’s failed, level the base, and reseal the surround so it drains right.
• Unlevel cabinet bases under quartz countertops. Cover quartz and solid-surface tops fail at the edges when the cabinets underneath were never leveled to spec. We see this constantly in quick-flip rentals. We level before we install, every time, and we verify with a laser before the top goes on.
• Hardware failure from heavy guest use. Short-term rentals in 89119 see cabinet doors and drawers opened ten times more often than a family home. Hinges loosen, slides wear out. We replace with quality aftermarket hardware rated for commercial duty where it makes sense.

Cover Service in Paradise: What Local Conditions Mean for Your Project

Paradise’s stretch of the Las Vegas Strip corridor packs high-turnover short-term rentals and older mid-century tract homes into ZIP 89119. That means cabinet and shower work here often has to be done fast and built to survive heavy guest use rather than a single family’s habits. We saw this firsthand on a rental unit near the Strip corridor in 89119. Our crew pulled a water-swollen Cover vanity cabinet whose door frames had cracked, swapped it for a leveled replacement with a fresh quartz top and a sealed tub-to-shower conversion. We reset the drawer slides, resealed the surround, and the unit was back on the rental market with cabinets that open clean and a shower that drains right. That’s the standard our General Contractor in Paradise delivers: efficient turnaround, durable install, and no callbacks.

Cover Models & Products We Service in Paradise

We install and service Cover frameless European-style cabinetry, the shaker-door cabinet line, bath vanity collections, and quartz and solid-surface countertops. When a part needs replacing, we source genuine Cover components and OEM door and drawer hardware when an exact match matters. Where aftermarket hinges, slides, or sealants outperform the original at lower cost, we use those instead and explain why.

FAQs – Cover Construction in Paradise

Are you an authorized Cover dealer?
No. Stonehall Construction is an independent general contractor serving Paradise. We work with Cover products regularly, but we have no manufacturer affiliation and we won’t claim otherwise. What you get is an accountable builder who stands behind the installation and the workmanship.

Do you use genuine Cover parts or aftermarket?
Both, depending on what the job needs. We source genuine Cover parts and OEM door and drawer hardware when an exact match matters for fit or finish. Where aftermarket hinges, slides, or sealants outperform the original at a lower cost, we use those and tell you why. If a Cover cabinet box is failing structurally, we’ll be honest about whether refacing will hold or whether replacement is the sounder buy.

Can you convert my tub to a shower and keep the surrounding Cover vanity?
Yes. We do this regularly in Paradise rentals and older tract homes. The vanity stays if it’s structurally sound and properly placed. If water damage has already compromised the vanity base or toe-kick, we’ll show you the damage and recommend replacing it during the conversion so you’re not tearing out a new shower surround later. Call (833) 772-4634 for a free estimate on your specific bathroom.

How long does Cover cabinet or vanity service take in Paradise?
Most vanity replacements and cabinet refaces in 89119 run two to five days, depending on whether countertops are involved. Tub-to-shower conversions typically run one to two weeks because of waterproofing, tile work, and cure time. We give you a written schedule before we start and update you if anything shifts.

What does Cover repair work cost in Paradise?
Simple hardware resets and door adjustments on a Cover cabinet can run under $500. Vanity replacement with quartz tops and sealed surrounds typically runs $2,000 to $6,500 depending on the size and material. A full tub-to-shower conversion lands between $3,500 and $10,000. We’ll give you a written, line-item quote so you know the number before work begins. Call (833) 772-4634 to schedule your free estimate.
